Our new technology services are designed to provide you with the support that you need to use technology in your day to day life. 

Technology Awareness Sessions

Join us for a practical session that will help you to explore how to use smart phones, tablets and computers to access the internet. We will provide you with an overview and demonstrations of how you can make the most of technology in your day to day life including use of phone applications, speech and magnification software, video magnifiers and smart speakers.

Sessions are being delivered at various locations across North Staffordshire subject to demand so please get in touch to book your place.

One to one technology support

Our one to one technology support service can provide you with expert advice and support to use phones, tablets, e-readers and computers. Meet us at one of our Community Hubs or we can visit you at home. Perhaps you are struggling to decide the best piece of equipment to purchase or you need some help using or setting up technology that you already have. Whichever is the case we are here to help.

Technology Steering group

Do you have a keen interest in technology and in finding out how to use the latest gadgets, apps and devices? If so get in touch to help us to develop our technology services by joining our Technology Steering Group. The group meets every other month of the first Friday of the month at 10.30am to discuss, share information, test  and review equipment and access technology in order to inform our services so that we can provide the most up to date and expert advice and information for the people we support.
