This is a photo of our hook-a-duck pool, it is a yellow inflatable pool with a blue base and 20 yellow ducks floating in it with hooks on their heads. To the left a hand can be seen holding a hook-a-duck rod as someone tries to hook a duck! This photo shows a lady from the MS Society stall at the event, she is wearing an orange MS Society t-shirt, black shorts, and black trainers. She is also wearing a pair of simulation glasses. In her hand is a hook-a-duck rod and she has successfully caught a duck on the end. At her feet is the hook-a-duck pool which is a yellow inflatable pool with a blue base and lots of yellow ducks floating in it.This photo shows our Administrator Tricia and Trustee Ian standing behind a table full of prizes for our hook-a-duck game. The table is covered with a white tablecloth overlaid with a yellow tablecloth covered in pictures of ducks. A sign at the front says ‘Staffordshire Sight Loss, Hook-a-duck £2, hook 3 ducks to win a prize!’. Prizes on the table include fun sand, dinosaur eggs, sticker books, and slinkies, in front of the table is a large bucket with neon rainbow footballs and hook-a-duck rods. Also on the table are SSLA leaflets and a variety of sim specs that simulate various eye conditions.Photo taken at the Hanley, Bucknall and Bentilee PCN fun day at All Saints Church, Joiner’s Square. The SSLA team attended to raise awareness and to fundraise with a hook-a-duck game. This photo shows Trustee Ian Knowles standing behind a table with a yellow tablecloth covered in pictures of ducks. In front of the table stands the Lord Mayor of Stoke-on-Trent Councillor Lyn Sharpe wearing a pink dress, white jacket, and her gold Mayoral Chains. At her feet is an inflatable yellow paddling pool with a blue base, inside the pool float 20 yellow ducks with hooks on their heads. Lyn has a wooden stick with a hook at the end in her hand and on the end of the hook she has successfully caught a duck! She is smiling at the camera. On the table are a variety of prizes (mostly toys such as slinkies and games). In the background are the stone walls of the church, a wooden clad wall with doors, and decorative artwork. Ian is looking at Lyn and smiling.
