An option already included on Windows desktop and laptop computers is
Microsoft Narrator.
On recent versions of Windows, you can start
Narrator by pressing the Windows key, Ctrl and Enter together at the
same time on your keyboard.
For further information about Narrator, please check the Microsoft site online.
Another free option for Windows is NVDA. More information is available about NVDA online.
On a Chromebook, a screen reader known as ChromeVox is available. For more information about this, please check the Google Chromebook help site.
If you are using an iPhone, iPad or Mac, please search your settings for 'Voiceover'. This is the screen reader that Apple includes.
On any other smartphone, including those made by Samsung, please search your settings for screen reader, as the name can sometimes be different between smartphones. For example, Google call the screen reader 'TalkBack', whereas Samsung simply call it 'Screen Reader'.
