Why was this partnership activity necessary - concerns, aims, difficulties etc?
The diverse educational needs of a pupil required a more direct and collaborative working approach.

Daily working activities.

How does the scheme work? How is it maintained, sustained and evaluated?
An individualised programme of work, devised primarily by myself, is implemented on a daily basis. It is closely monitored by the class teacher and records are kept by all staff involved.

What are the benefits? What difference does this partnership make?
Benefits include: pupil is offered a structured, repetitive approach, varied methodologies and exciting resources to raising literacy attainment, whilst developing metacognitive awareness.
