This is how we have moved forward our interest in support for Early Intervention.

In school and at home with parental support

During the school day and at home.

How does the scheme work? How is it maintained, sustained and evaluated?
Alphabet Magic is a systematic phonics programme. The partnership is between the support for learning team, the children and their parents who carry on the work at home. It is externally evaluated.

What are the benefits? What difference does this partnership make?
Increased levels of literacy in the early years for all our children. Extra group and one-to-one support for children with particular difficulties.
